Food is Medicine

My friend Flux sent me this chart in an email. It lists tons of veggies and their healing/ preventive properties. I'm not a particularly healthy eater, but like many people, I'm looking to do better, especially since we had our daughter. I think this will help me. Hopefully, you'll find it useful too!
